Sadly this restaurant has closed although speculation is that another restaurant will be opening here in the future. Here is the history of the tower so far. A £2.5 million deal has been struck for what will be Swansea's most exclusive restaurant. The Penthouse Restaurant at Meridian Quay. The restaurant will allow over 170 diners to gaze over the city from the top of the £100 million Meridian Quay tower development. Floors 27, 28 and 29 are taken up by the plush restaurant in the marina. The Penthouse's head chef has been confirmed as Mark Broadbent who has worked at the exclusive Bluebird restaurant in London's Chelsea district.
